This part of the trip was spent mostly by the pool and on the beaches. Mixed in with a bit of shopping, and, of course, eating out, Santa Monica never disappoints. Personally, I think California is one of the best places to live, other than the horrendous tax rate, it has the best weather in the U.S., the best restaurants, and the best shopping! There is so much to do, I could never get bored. Rainy day? That’s okay, just head over to an iPic theater to experience the most personalized service while watching a film. Even down to being wrapped up in a cozy blanket. It’ll make you feel like you’re at home with a butler to bring you any food you can imagine. On a budget? Go sightseeing! There are some of the most spectacular views just outside your door! Nothing says “Cali” like palm trees everywhere you go.
