I'm going to be honest here, I've never really sustained to the idea of healing crystals. In the back of my mind I always thought they were a bit like hocus pocus, but I've learned to never say never. I also don't want to be one of those people who shuts something down before really giving it a fair shot so I decided to immerse myself in the world of natural healing.
I've been practicing meditation daily for a few weeks now and one thing I have found to be profoundly different is my lowered level of anxiety. Before I had started this journey I was pretty certain there was no way this was going to help but I opened my mind and really focused my energy into learning, and things changed. In the same way, I think healing crystals might be something of a similar nature. I recently got a rose quartz roller and face mask and have been reading up on the benefits of using rose quartz. Turns out, there's lots!
Aside from this stone being the stone of universal love, it's been said that upon opening up your mind, your heart will open up to all kinds of love- self love, friendship, family, humanity, and romance. Now that's something I can get behind! Another benefit to using rose quartz are the heart healing properties: replacing toxic feelings with loving energy.
The face roller helps stimulate blood circulation and brings more oxygen to the skin while wiping away impurities. It also helps to improve elasticity and assists in lymphatic drainage. And to be frank, I've been using the roller around my eyes each morning and my puffiness is almost immediately reduced. Angela Caglia, creator of these products, has said you can put the roller in the fridge for added cooling effect but I've found the roller to stay cool either way. The self love eye mask helps to reduce puffiness and dark circles, and soothes stress and fatigue that causes fine lines and wrinkles.
With all the benefits of rose quartz, how could I not give it a shot?
